Sweet 1/144 Drum Can Set (Japan / USA), 32 Pieces Plastic Model 14-P001 This is a 1/144 scale model with a 6.9 gal (200 L) drum. Drum can was used in the U.S. and Japan as a carrier container for fuel and lubricating oil in WWII. Use it as an accessory for airplanes, AFV models, or as a material for train model N gauge scenes. Japanese drums during WWII appear to be painted in black or khaki, and the U.S. armies were olive drab. The drums used in post war civilians are now painted in colorful colors such as red, yellow, blue and green. This product is a plastic model that requires assembly and painting. Adhesives, tools, paints, etc., are required for assembly and painting. "Plastic Model" is a registered trademark owned by the Japan Plastic Model Industrial Cooperative Association.
